Cancellation & Return Policy — Ainexio

At Ainexio, we provide digital services including AI Assistants, AI Agents, Automations, API Integrations, and Software Setup.
Because these services are custom, digital and instantly deployable, we follow a strict No Cancellation, No Return policy.
1. No Cancellation After Purchase
Once payment has been made and the order has been confirmed, the service cannot be cancelled.
Reasons:
Digital setup starts immediately after payment
API & software activation costs are prepaid
Developer time and resources are instantly allocated
Therefore, once a subscription or service is activated, cancellation is not allowed.
2. No Return Policy
Digital products and AI services cannot be returned under any condition because:
There is no physical product to return
Once deployed, digital systems cannot be restored to original unused form
Licenses and server resources are already assigned to the client
Hence, no return is applicable on any digital service.
3. No Refund Policy
Since digital products are non-returnable and non-cancellable,
there will be no refund once the service is activated, configured, or delivered.
Examples where refund is not applicable:
AI WhatsApp Agent activated
AI Chatbot deployed on website
Voice/Automation agent setup completed
API connected or dashboard created
Digital credits/subscriptions activated
4. Trial & Demo
To ensure customer satisfaction:
Demos and product previews are available before purchase
Clients may request a trial (when applicable)
Once purchase is made, cancellation/return/refund will not be accepted.
5. Customer Responsibility
Before placing an order, the customer must:
Verify service details
Check system compatibility
Understand usage policies
Any issue caused due to wrong information provided by customer is not refundable.
6. Support Instead of Cancellation
In case of any issue with the service:
Our support team will assist and resolve the problem
Service may be extended if required
Replacement is provided only if technical failure is from Ainexio’s side
But cancellation / return / refund will not be issued.
