All services are delivered digitally and remotely.
2. Fair Use Policy

By using Ainexio services, you agree that you will:
Provide correct business information
Use the service legally and responsibly
Not use AI systems for spam, scams, fraud, bulk messaging, or illegal activities
Not resell, copy or modify our technology without permission
Any violation may result in service suspension without refund.
3. Payments
All payments are 100% advance before work begins
Custom development or extra features may include additional charges
Pricing may change depending on the service or requirement
Once the service has started or been delivered, payment becomes non-refundable.
4. No Cancellation / No Return / No Refund
Because our services are digital, customized and activated instantly, the customer understands and agrees that:
✔ Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made
✔ Digital services cannot be returned
✔ No refund will be issued after activation, setup or configuration
This applies to all services and subscription plans.
5. Service Timeline
We try our best to deliver services on time.
However:
Delays caused by client response (missing details, late replies) are not Ainexio’s responsibility
If client does not provide required information for 7 days, the project may be paused without refund
We always make our best effort to complete work quickly and professionally.
6. Ownership & Subscription
AI templates, automations and digital tools remain the property of Ainexio
The user gets access to services only during an active subscription
If subscription ends or expires, the service or access will automatically stop
7. Limitation of Liability
Ainexio will not be responsible for:
Business loss, revenue loss or performance outcome
Platform decisions by WhatsApp, Meta, Google, or third-party APIs
Actions caused by misuse or wrong configuration by the user
We promise support and guidance, but business growth results are not guaranteed.

We respect your privacy and keep your information secure.
By using Ainexio services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
